I’m very grateful to have known Anna for the last few months. She has carefully listened to All my problems even when I thought it wasn’t related to my condition. Anna has the ability, experience and knowledge to see the problem from different angles and explore possible solutions. I have an under active thyroid and going through menopause and would feel bloated after eating. By choosing the right combination of food to suit me, taking some supplements and doing some tests, I feel much better than I did few months ago or even years ago. I have introduced some alternative foods to my diet and love exploring new recipes.
I also wanted to loose weight so combining the right food types really made a difference with the weight and with the bloating too.
